Cavitation technology

The sea inspires our scientific innovation

We have devoted more than 20 years to the study of seaweed, especially fucus, which contains the polysaccharide fucoidan. This component is highly biologically active, exhibiting antiseptic, immunomodulatory and anticoagulant properties.

Fucus is a unique source of fucoidan, containing from 13 to 20% of this substance, which is significantly more than in other algae. It is also rich in macro- and micronutrients, including iodine in its optimal organic form. However, in traditional forms (salads, tablets or powder), algae is absorbed by the body by no more than 5%.

Technology of hydrodynamic extraction (cavitation)

The cavitation effect was first discovered when testing ship propellers. Scientists discovered that at a certain speed of rotation, microbubbles form on the surface of the propellers, which, when collapsing, release energy that can destroy the strongest materials at the molecular level.

We use this principle to process algae. In a special reactor, millions of microbubbles break down the cell walls of the fucus, releasing all the valuable contents. The result is biomolecular gels that retain maximum benefits.

Our technology eliminates chemical reagents and high temperatures, making it 100% environmentally friendly and safe. This is why our products are highly valued by experts and specialists in the medical field, health and environmentalists, vegetarians and vegans.
