Production

The algae for our products are sourced only from the ecologically pure tidal areas of the White Sea, a place where nature has preserved its pristine purity. Clean water, pristine air and unique natural conditions make this raw material truly unique.

We harvest the seaweed by hand, using methods that do not disturb the balance of the ecosystem. This allows us to preserve nature and guarantee the highest quality of the raw material.

But our standards don't end there. We use only the best proprietary ingredients from global manufacturers whose products have been clinically tested and proven safe and effective. We pay special attention to improving product quality and bioavailability.

Our production facility, now over 15 years old, is located on the premises of the Protein Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the science city of Pushchino, Moscow region. This is where science meets innovation to create products that really work.

The peculiarity of our production is the patented technology of hydrodynamic extraction (cavitation). It allows us to preserve the intracellular structures of algae in their natural native form, creating a special living molecular gel.

• Raw Material Preparation:
  Fucus algae, recovered from the bottom of the sea, is thoroughly processed to remove microorganisms and foreign impurities. Washing with ozonized distilled water ensures compliance with strict sanitary standards.
• Hydrodynamic extraction:
  Raw materials are transformed in a special rotary-type homogenizer under the influence of cavitation and hydraulic shock. This process breaks down the strong cell walls, making the inner cell contents accessible.
• Gel formation:
  All biologically active fucus substances are preserved in their natural form, creating a unique molecular gel with high bioavailability.
• Finalizing step:
  The products are gently pasteurized and packaged in hermetically sealed packaging. This ensures the sterility and safety of the products at all stages of storage and use.

Every stage of production, from the extraction of raw materials to the finished product, undergoes a multi-stage quality control process. We strictly enforce all standards to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products.

Our production is certified according to the international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 22000. Every year we produce more than 240,000 units of products, which undergo strict quality control at all stages. Clinical trials in the Central Clinical Hospital of the Russian Academy of Sciences have confirmed the effectiveness of our products in strengthening immunity, reducing cholesterol and normalizing the work of the gastrointestinal tract.
